Responsibilities
- Set up, shoot, and direct video footage in office, on location, or at events.
- Edit and produce high-quality social videos from footage.
- Develop content tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Rapidly iterate content based on feedback and analytics.
- Collaborate with CEO and leadership to shape authentic, trending content voice.
- Manage multiple video projects with fast turnaround balancing speed and quality.
- Monitor and incorporate latest social media trends and interactive content techniques.
- Repackage and optimize content for maximum cross-platform performance.
- Support additional multimedia content production as needed.
