Responsibilities
- Identify and track relevant funding opportunities across education, EdTech, innovation, GenAI, and international development.
- Plan, write and submit grant proposals for private, bilateral and multilateral funders.
- Manage proposal development timelines and coordinate input from Finance, academics, senior leaders and subject-matter experts.
- Build and maintain a modular template library of organizational content and proposal excerpts to improve efficiency.
- Provide conceptual guidance for diagrams, infographics and visual collateral to support proposals.
- Author technical communications, blogs and publications to elevate NewGlobe’s work in policy and research fora.
- Attend funder events and synthesize key insights for internal stakeholders.
- Rapidly review and edit project materials and undertake ad hoc writing tasks as required.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, humanities, communications, journalism, or related field
- Graduate degree in education, writing, or international development is desirable
