JOB MISSION:
The Global Brand Operations Associate Project Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the execution of global marketing initiatives across multiple categories. This role ensures seamless coordination of marketing efforts with the exciting opportunity to not only champion existing processes, but also to create tools that support the personalized needs of the team. Acting as a central resource for the Category, the Associate Project Manager connects cross-functional teams to support commercial growth and operational excellence.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABIILTIES:
Oversee project creation and management in Asana, tracking progress and proactively escalating risks with proposed solutions
Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, ensuring alignment and accountability without direct supervisory authority
Create marketing calendars and coordinate workback schedules that dictate downstream efforts
Oversee the Category’s digital asset management (DAM) tool, ensuring efficient organization, storage, and easy retrieval and discovery of digital assets
Continuously assess ways of working and optimize processes accordingly
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, plus a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in project management or marketing operations
Strong proficiency in project management tools (i.e., Asana) and methodologies, with a track recording of influencing project outcomes and delivering on time
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
An analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks, solve problems, and make informed decisions quickly
Passion for sport and culture, plus a growth mindset and a drive to continuously improve and innovate

Flexible Work Schedule
For decades we have fostered a unique culture founded on our values with a particular focus on in-person teamwork and collaboration. Our North American hybrid model encourages rich in-person experiences, showcasing our commitment to teamwork and connection, while maintaining flexibility for associates. New Balance Associates currently work in office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Our offices are fully open, and amenities are available across our North American office locations. To continue our focus on hybrid work we have introduced “Work from Anywhere” (WFA) for four weeks per calendar year. This model will help us enhance our culture while continuing to maintain elements of flexibility.
