NEON’s Theatrical Distribution Spring 2026 Internship applications are now open.
As an intern in Theatrical Distribution, you will play a significant role in supporting our team with the day-to-day operations of distributing films to theaters, working closely with the Theatrical Sales and Distribution team. In the role, you will assist with coordinating logistical aspects of film distribution, such as the following:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 per hour. School credit is optional, and documentation can be provided if needed. No relocation assistance is available. Our interns are onsite and in person based in either the New York or the Los Angeles office.
Schedules vary based on department needs and your availability. We do our best to work around your class schedule.
Eligibility
To qualify, you must be a current undergraduate student enrolled at an accredited college or university and taking at least one class during the internship term.
This internship is based in Los Angeles, so candidates must reside in the LA area, hold a valid driver’s license, and have access to a car. Reliable transportation is key — many assignments involve theater visits, screening checks, and event support (including Q&As and other in-person activations).
