Responsibilities
- Lead multiple concurrent projects across onshore and offshore teams ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
- Drive project planning, execution, and communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Develop project artifacts including Jira backlogs, weekly reports, risk assessments, and Gantt charts
- Manage project risks, resource allocation, and financial margins using PSA tools
- Mentor Associate Project Managers and promote a collaborative, inclusive team culture
- Engage with mid-to-senior level customer stakeholders to gather feedback and champion customer success
- Facilitate project close-out procedures including lessons learned and process improvements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field preferred
- PMP, Agile, or relevant project management certifications strongly preferred
