Now we’re looking for a Visual Designer to help shape how tomorrow’s companies launch and scale their brands. You’ll join a small, focused team working across identities, websites, and marketing design — creating high-impact work that defines how startups show up in the world.
Lead the translation of creative briefs into innovative brand systems, websites, and marketing assets
Develop and present multiple design concepts, balancing speed and iteration with high-level craft
Drive decisions on layout, typography, and imagery to shape cohesive brand stories
Partner closely with creative directors, strategists, and cross-functional teams to elevate design outcomes
Build visual coherence across deliverables for clients and internal projects
3+ years of experience in visual, brand, or digital design (agency, startup, or studio preferred)
A strong portfolio that demonstrates exceptional visual craft in brand and digital design
Ability to design innovative visuals with a modern, tech-oriented style that resonates with ambitious startups
Sharp eye for typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, plus a willingness to learn new tools
Strong sense of ownership — you take initiative and can function independently while collaborating closely with a team
Experience thriving in fast-paced, client-facing environments
Brand-adjacent skills like animation, illustration, motion design, or 3D
Marketing design experience across campaigns, social, or advertising
Comfort working in unstructured, ambitious environments where priorities shift quickly
