pretty average job overall. clock in, do your work, go home. no major complaints but nothing exciting either.

not the worst place I’ve worked, but definitely not great. communication is messy, priorities change daily, and it’s hard to get clarity.

They hire talented people, but retention is low. The revolving door of employees makes it hard to build momentum.

Mgmt is supportive, team culture is incredible, and I feel motivated every single day.
