not the worst place I’ve worked, not the best either. some projects were genuinely exciting, others were just busy work. pay was fair, not amazing.

Marketing team here is talented, but constantly shifting priorities make it hard to feel like you’re making real progress. You finish a campaign, and then boom… new direction.

the people are nice enough but the work is just… constant. 😮‍💨 feels like you’re always behind no matter how much you do. pay doesn’t really match the stress.

Didn’t hate it, but didn’t love it either. Some days were fine, others felt like pulling teeth. Management says “we value balance” then loads you up with 3 urgent deadlines.
