Skills
- Deep expertise in React Native and cross-platform mobile development
- Strong knowledge of React.js and modern state management (Redux, Context API, Zustand)
- Experience bridging React Native with native iOS/Android features and custom native modules
- Familiarity with TypeScript, GraphQL and REST integrations, error handling, caching and offline patterns
- CI/CD experience for mobile (Fastlane, Bitrise, App Center) and strong Git workflows
- Mobile performance profiling, memory optimization and instrumentation
- Design systems and component architecture experience
- Secure mobile authentication patterns (OAuth, biometrics, encrypted storage)
Responsibilities
- Partner with product, design, and engineering leadership to define and deliver web and mobile cardholder experiences.
- Lead architecture and development of React Native SDKs and applications, establishing scalable, modular patterns.
- Design reusable, accessible React Native components aligned with internal design systems.
- Drive mobile performance optimization including bundle size reduction, lazy loading, and rendering improvements.
- Contribute hands-on to complex front-end codebases (React Native, TypeScript) and enforce code quality through reviews and standards.
- Define technical roadmaps, write design documents, and balance velocity with maintainability.
- Mentor engineers, lead cross-team engineering discussions, and champion best practices for mobile and web development.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Continued professional learning in mobile/web engineering best practices
