Skills
- 10+ years delivering integrated GRC frameworks and programs
- Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks and standards (ISO, NIST, SOC2, GDPR, CCPA)
- Proven experience leading audits, controls implementation, and remediation
- Hands-on familiarity with SIEM, BI tools and GRC tooling
- Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership and influencing skills
- Ability to build RCA, remediation plans, metrics and scorecards to drive decisions
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive GRC strategy, roadmap, standards, policies, and controls aligned to business objectives.
- Design, operationalize and run organization-wide risk assessment and risk management processes; prioritize and track remediation.
- Define, deliver and report measurable scorecards and metrics to support data-driven risk decisions.
- Ensure and manage compliance with regulatory standards and frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOC2, CCPA, GDPR, etc.), including internal and external audits.
- Lead remediation planning and root cause analysis (RCA) to resolve deficiencies and coordinate with stakeholders to implement fixes.
- Partner closely with Legal, IT, Finance, Product and Security teams to integrate GRC requirements into product and enterprise workflows.
- Define requirements and reporting for data lifecycle management across enterprise and product domains.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Risk Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CISA preferred
