felt invisible most of the time. unless you’re in the favorites club, good luck getting noticed.

The work itself was fine, but leadership? Total revolving door. New bosses every few months.

Been here 3 years. Learned a lot, but also hit some walls. Advancement isn’t always clear.

The people here are genuinely amazing. Everyone’s willing to help out, and no one throws you under the bus. Feels like a team, not just coworkers.
