company means well but changes direction every few months. whiplash is real.

Coworkers make the day bearable. Without them, I’d probably be gone already.

Culture is welcoming and inclusive. A few cliques here and there, but overall a healthy environment.

I feel trusted to do my job without micromanagement, which is huge. Processes can get bogged down, though.
