We’re looking for someone who:
- Someone with hands-on experience with automotive, diesel, or commercial vehicles
- Wants to leverage that knowledge in a new way, without the physical demands of the shop

This is a full-time, on-site position based at Mitchell 1’s headquarters in San Diego, operating Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Research and compile repair procedures and diagnostics for heavy-duty trucks, diesel, and commercial vehicles
- Ensure technical data is accurate, clear, and consistent
- Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals
- Provide insights and suggestions to improve our products based on user needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; vocational training or associate degree preferred
- 1+ year of hands-on auto, truck repair, or diesel tech experience
- ASE certifications are a plus
- Strong communication and writing skills (college-level English coursework a bonus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work independently
