underpaid, if you want to make a decent living, look elsewhere

There is no diversity

i dont know if its just me but i am so puzzled by this company. it takes a lot to get use to it.

Async in nature, which sounds nice, until you realize how much documentation is needed. you spend a LOT of time documenting and doing written communications to make sure things don't get across the wrong way.

I LOVE IT, I don't love micromanager and here I really get to be autonomous

i would recommend a friend to work here
