Responsibilities
- Conduct 30–40 minute intake calls and brief program check-ins via video conferencing.
- Provide ongoing weekly clinical support via secure chat (approx. 10–15 minutes per participant/week).
- Monitor and track participant progress on the digital platform and maintain timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinicians and product teams to improve care delivery and outcomes.
- Adhere to ethical, legal, and telehealth standards including risk assessment and escalation when needed.
Education
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Full, independent licensure in Massachusetts (LMFT, LPCC, LPC, or LCSW)
- Minimum 3+ years post-licensure clinical experience with adults
