It’s… fine. Not terrible, not amazing. Some days I like the work, some days I’m counting the minutes till 5pm.

Management tries, but there’s a lot of disorganization. If you’re adaptable, you can make it work.

coworkers are cool, but the rest isn’t. pay’s not great, no clear direction, and constant urgent last-minute tasks.

nice balance between structure and flexibility. a little more remote work would make it perfect.
