- Hands-on Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Triggers)
- Experience with Visualforce, Aura Components, and Lightning Design System
- Knowledge of Salesforce configuration: Workflows, Approval Processes, Reports and Dashboards
- Familiarity with Salesforce development lifecycle and release management
- Experience implementing integrations with external systems
- Agile product delivery and working with user stories
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain vendor and cross-team relationships
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and Visualforce
- Participate in architecture and technical design sessions and propose scalable solutions
- Deliver across the product lifecycle: evaluations, design, development, testing, and implementation support
- Follow coding standards, create unit tests, and participate in code reviews
- Coordinate release documentation, communications, and training materials
- Implement and support integrations with third-party applications
- Analyze and resolve technical issues and defects; proactively communicate risks
- Collaborate with product teams, vendors, and internal support teams
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR equivalent work experience
- Salesforce Developer Certification required
