Professional Development Operations Coordinator
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PD Operations Coordinator to support our Customer Education team. In this role, you will oversee the scheduling, communications, and operational logistics for both virtual and in-person professional learning experiences. You’ll ensure seamless coordination with school partners, internal stakeholders, and facilitators, helping to deliver outstanding experiences for educators nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain our established scheduling system to ensure professional development sessions are accurately planned and executed.
Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling communication with school partners, facilitators, and internal teams.
Oversee and coordinate a team of contracted facilitators responsible for delivering high-quality professional development sessions.
Manage the Professional Development team inbox to ensure timely, professional responses to partner and facilitator inquiries.
Handle rescheduling requests with professionalism and efficiency, balancing competing priorities while maintaining strong relationships.
Track and manage key partner and session data within Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Support event management for in-person and virtual PD experiences, including logistics coordination, facilitator support, and partner communication.
Oversee ordering and distribution of swag and materials for school partners and participants.
Collaborate cross-functionally to anticipate scheduling and event needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth execution.
Provide proactive updates to stakeholders and maintain clear communication throughout the scheduling and event process.
Qualifications & Skills
Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all aspects of scheduling, data management, and communications.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; able to navigate complex situations with tact and ease.
Experience with scheduling tools, email management, and CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred).
A proactive problem solver who thrives in dynamic, fast-growth environments.
Previous experience at an EdTech company managing Professional Development logistics.
Prior experience in education, professional development, or event management is a plus, but not required.
