The Manager of Data Operations will be responsible for the strategic management and growth of Madhive's data partnerships, focusing on enhancing our capabilities across targeting, measurement, and identity resolution. This role involves working closely with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure the efficient and effective acquisition, integration, and utilization of data to drive Madhive's business objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong background in ad tech, a passion for data, and a forward-thinking perspective on the future of digital marketing.
What you'll do:
Data Partnership Management:
Manage and cultivate relationships with existing data partners, including identity vendors, data providers, and measurement partners.
Work closely with internal partners to manage Madhive’s data pipelines and processes, ensuring data quality and availability.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new data partners to expand Madhive's data offerings and improve our capabilities.
Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry best practices.
Data Execution & Innovation:
Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Sales teams to define data requirements and ensure seamless data integration into Madhive's platform.
Identify opportunities to leverage data to enhance Madhive's products and services, improve campaign performance, and drive revenue growth.
Who you are:
5+ years of experience in the advertising technology industry, with a focus on data partnerships, data management, or related areas.
Proven ability to manage and grow data partnerships, including negotiating contracts and working with external vendors.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including targeting, measurement, attribution, and programmatic advertising.
Proficient SQL skills and experience with managing and analyzing large datasets.
Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to start and complete projects from start to finish.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to be an active listener and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
The approximate compensation range for this position is $105,000-$135,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
