Eli Lilly and Company seeks a Sr. Principal Engineer-Data to engage in technical leadership within Lilly Research Labs. Ensure technical designs align with architecture guidance and adhering to data platform standards and ensure data quality, consistency, and security across the organization. Design and implement scalable data architectures to support complex tech and business needs and requirements. Guide the team in the impact analysis to translate and implement technical design (configuration/development and data integration). Enhance the performance and efficiency of data pipelines, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions for seamless data and information flow. Manage sophisticated data engineering projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and alignment to industry-specific regulations. Exhibit strong communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate with a variety of partners. Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$63,750 - $180,400Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
