Responsibilities: Acquire and edit 10-15 original adult SFF titles annually, participate in marketing and publicity efforts, collaborate with authors throughout the publication process, and present titles to the sales team.
Skills: Extensive publishing workflow knowledge, managerial experience, strong editing skills, and excellent public speaking abilities.
Qualifications: 5+ years of publishing or equivalent experience, familiarity with science fiction and fantasy markets, and strong literary agency contacts preferred.
