About the Role
Lyra is at the forefront of increasing access to evidence-based, efficacious mental health services on a large scale by leveraging technology and clinical excellence. Lyra has developed innovative blended models of coaching and psychotherapy that combine leading clinical expertise with routine outcomes monitoring and engaging clinical digital tools. Scientific publications on Lyra’s mental health coaching, psychotherapy, medication management, and workforce mental health programs provide strong evidence for the clinical effectiveness of these evidence-based treatment programs.
We are looking for a licensed therapist who is passionate about leveraging state of the art technology, including artificial intelligence, to significantly expand access to evidence-based mental health interventions. Requirements for this role include extensive clinical knowledge, experience and skills in safety risk assessment and management as well as delivery of various evidence-based mental health interventions for anxiety and depression. Strong writing skills are also required. This role will apply clinical knowledge and expertise to support the development of Lyra’s AI tools.
You will be part of a highly skilled and collaborative team with an established track record of cross functional collaboration for the development of clinical technology. By directly reaching hundreds of thousands of clients, your work on developing clinical AI tools will help create meaningful positive change on a large scale.
