- Excellent technical and cross-functional communication skills.

- Understanding of electric powertrains, thermal systems, and HVAC.
- Experience with data acquisition systems and vehicle instrumentation.
- Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or similar tools for data analysis.
- Ability to correlate simulation results with physical test data.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to managing test documentation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with simulation engineers to define validation requirements and test plans.
- Execute tests on chassis dynamometers, test tracks, public roads, and thermal chambers.
- Instrument vehicles with sensors and data acquisition systems.
- Process, analyze test data, and compare with simulation results.
- Develop scripts and tools to automate data processing and model validation.
- Maintain organized databases of test results and validation reports.
- Provide feedback to improve model fidelity and system performance.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering plus 2 years experience or Master's degree in an engineering discipline.
