good place to learn and grow. i’ve picked up a lot of skills here.

Honestly, it’s not terrible, but you need a lot of patience here. Decisions are slow, processes outdated, and change is met with resistance.

some departments are awesome, others… a complete mess. my experience heavily depends on which team I’m interacting with.

There’s potential here, but feels like the company can’t decide if it wants to grow fast or play it safe.
