- Proven project/program management experience (5+ years)

- Working knowledge of Salesforce and experience with Salesforce implementations

- Ability to translate business requirements into high-level technical requirements
Responsibilities
- Own client relationship and drive multiple project lifecycles from kickoff to go-live
- Plan, schedule, and manage timelines to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Identify project risks and lead creation and execution of mitigation plans
- Manage scope, document change orders, and communicate impacts to stakeholders
- Run kickoff meetings, weekly status updates, and regular stakeholder touchpoints
- Coordinate resources across Service Delivery teams and track project tasks
- Travel to client sites as required for UAT, go-live, and other critical milestones (~20%)
- Provide project governance, define roles/responsibilities, and hold teams accountable
- Mentor and coach junior project managers to improve delivery and skills
- Contribute to and follow internal project methodology and company policies
Education
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (required)
- Project Management certification (PMP/PMI) or Salesforce certifications (ADM-201) preferred
