hours are pretty long

leadership are big micromanagers, not a fan

I feel like I have a hard time understanding senior management. They treat everyone like they are beneath them

I liked the people I worked with and the energy on the floor, but honestly, senior management was a huge letdown. They talked a lot about vision and culture, but it didn’t match what we experienced day to day. It felt like decisions were made in a vacuum, and there wasn’t much transparency or support when things got tough.

Can be fun if you ar part of the "inner circle". Some good perks, colleagues are good in general, but bard to get noticed or promoted
