the perks are insane. remote work, great benefits, even a wellness stipend.

Met some great friends here, but the work itself can be a grind. It’s a mixed bag, for sure.

Good intentions, poor execution. Leadership means well but seems out of touch with how things actually work on the ground.

some departments are awesome, others… a complete mess. my experience heavily depends on which team I’m interacting with
