  • Distill complex policy topics into clear, compelling narratives, talking points, and messaging frameworks for internal and external audiences.
  • Build strong relationships with journalists, industry stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to help advance LinkedIn’s thought leadership and advocacy goals.
  • Anticipate and manage reputational risks tied to emerging policy or regulatory developments; develop rapid-response plans and briefing materials.
  • Support executive communications and external speaking opportunities related to policy and regulation.
  • Collaborate across Corporate Communications to ensure consistency of message and alignment with broader brand and corporate priorities.

  • Proven ability to manage sensitive issues under public scrutiny with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Proven track record leading communications strategies around complex legislative, regulatory, or political issues.
  • Strong media relations experience and existing relationships with reporters covering technology, policy, and business.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
