Senior Property Manager

Lincoln Property Company, a leading private real estate firm with a vast portfolio across the United States, seeks a Senior Property Manager to oversee commercial, industrial, and retail properties. The role involves managing tenant relations, vendor contracts, financial performance, and team leadership to ensure operational and client objectives are met efficiently.

Skills

  • Commercial property management expertise for office, retail, and industrial sectors.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; knowledge of Yardi, MRI, and Kardin preferred.
  • Experience with lease, contract, financial, tax, and construction knowledge.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Financial forecasting, budgeting, and analytical capabilities.
  • Leadership and team development skills.
  • Problem solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to handle tenant and vendor relationships effectively.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to tenant needs and coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and tenant onboarding.
  • Lead daily and long-term team activities including scheduling, task assignment, coaching, and hiring.
  • Review and approve vendor invoices and manage accounting tasks within approval limits.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reports, budgets, and tenant rent/charges submissions to clients.
  • Oversee contracted terms, lease administration, and compliance to optimize asset value.
  • Develop and manage tenant care programs to maximize retention.
  • Direct sourcing, procurement, and vendor management to ensure contract compliance and value.
  • Collect rent and other charges, prepare legal notices, and report accounts receivable status.
  • Conduct property inspections, approve maintenance and vendor contracts.
  • Plan and prepare for emergency responses and conduct required training and drills.
  • Serve as primary contact and Owner Representative for property owners.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; combination of education and experience acceptable.
  • Real Estate License required where applicable.
  • CPM or RPA designation or candidacy preferred.
