Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize robust biochemical and cell-based assays suitable for high-throughput screening
- Validate assay performance metrics including sensitivity, specificity, reproducibility, and robustness
- Develop, implement, and troubleshoot automated protocols for liquid handling robots and other lab automation
- Integrate assays into automated workflows in collaboration with automation engineers
- Work cross-functionally to incorporate AI-guided protocol optimization into molecular validation processes
- Document protocols, SOPs, and experimental results; maintain good lab practices and data integrity
Education
- BS or MS in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field
