Responsibilities
- Perform feasibility studies to support micro-architecture and chip architect decisions
- Define electrical requirements in collaboration with system, digital, analog, and photonics teams
- Design analog/mixed-signal blocks with emphasis on transceivers, TIAs, and broadband circuits
- Document simulations and verifications and drive formal design reviews
- Drive block-level floorplanning, mask views, and participate in layout reviews
- Run post-layout and top-level mixed-signal simulations to validate integration
- Define production and bench-level test plans and validate circuit performance in the lab
Education
- MS in Electrical Engineering or related with 8+ years industry experience
- OR PhD in Electrical Engineering or related with 5+ years industry experience
