Responsibilities
- Develop working expertise in the LaunchDarkly platform, SDKs, and integration patterns
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues using established troubleshooting practices
- Document and escalate product bugs or system issues to engineering teams
- Contribute to onboarding, knowledge sharing, internal documentation, and team projects
- Identify patterns in support cases and suggest improvements to tools and workflows
- Engage in ongoing professional development to expand technical and support capabilities
Education
- 5 years of related or equivalent professional experience (work, education, or training)
- Knowledge of programming core concepts
- Formal degree not required; equivalent experience accepted
