Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in brand discussions, client workshops, brainstorms and strategic deliverables
- Manage project plans, timelines, budgets and resource coordination across multidisciplinary teams
- Serve as primary client contact for day-to-day project execution and expectations management
- Translate business problems into brand-led opportunities and recommend expanded service offers
- Mentor and guide junior team members to support career growth and project success
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between strategy, creative, experience and digital teams
- Maintain high standards of quality, documentation and process efficiency
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Design or related field preferred
- Relevant professional training or certifications in project management or client services considered a plus
