Responsibilities
- Schedule service appointments via outbound and inbound calls
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally
- Follow up on maintenance reminders, recalls, no-shows, and parts notifications
- Coordinate with Service Advisors to confirm and book appointments
- Address customer questions and perform follow-ups to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems
- Work toward service goals and performance-based targets (appointment shown bonuses)
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must be 18 years or older
