Skills
- Expertise with Planisware system architecture, configuration, and administration.
- Proficiency in system integration using APIs, middleware, and ETL/data pipelines.
- Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and master data management.
- Familiarity with clinical trial operations systems like CBIS, LSAT, DDWorks, Development Data Warehouse.
- Working knowledge of SQL; Python, R preferred.
- Experience with regulatory compliance standards including CSV, 21 CFR Part 11, GxP.
- Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Understanding of cloud-based solutions such as AWS or Azure.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical roadmap and configuration of Planisware and GDO systems.
- Lead integration and performance enhancement across platforms including APIs and data pipelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, system owners, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure systems comply with regulatory standards and support audit and validation efforts.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation for user experience and operational efficiency.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related technical field required.
- Master’s degree preferred in IT, Data Science, Bioinformatics, or Business Administration.
- Certifications in Project Management (PMP), Planisware, Data Governance, or Agile methodologies are a plus.
