The company has potential but doesn’t always deliver. Could be great if leadership stayed consistent.

It’s a stepping stone type of job. Good for experience, not somewhere I’d build a career long-term.

I feel trusted to do my job without micromanagement, which is huge. Processes can get bogged down, though.
