The Legal Intern position offers an opportunity for 2L law students to gain hands-on experience in a variety of legal issues within the cybersecurity industry through a paid 13-week internship.
Responsibilities: Interns will assist in reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating contractual documents, perform legal research, and support the Legal department in various projects related to commercial law, intellectual property, data privacy, and compliance.
Skills: Candidates should have research experience using legal platforms like Westlaw, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and the ability to multitask and innovate.
Qualifications: Applicants must be enrolled as a 2L student in an ABA-accredited law school with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and preferably in the top 25% of their class.
Location: The internship requires working 4 days a week at the Clearwater, FL office, with some responsibilities that may allow remote work; however, it is not fully remote.
Compensation: $24 - $24 / Hourly
This position is a hybrid role open to candidates in the greater Tampa Bay area. This position will require the intern to work in our Clearwater, FL office 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday).
Dates of Program: May 18th, 2026 - August 14, 2026 (13 weeks)
