Customer Care Specialist (6+ Month Contract)
Skills
- Customer service and issue resolution
- Knowledge of Excel or spreadsheet equivalents
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Understanding of TCPA, FDCPA, and CFPB mortgage guidelines preferred
- Basic knowledge of tax, escrow analysis, mortgage insurance, hazard insurance is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce or related CRM platform preferred
- Spanish language skills are a plus
Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries and requests related to mortgage loans
- Contact borrowers to address issues with payments and accounts
- Collaborate with servicing teams to identify and manage at-risk borrowers
- Document all customer interactions in the system of record
- Process mortgage payoffs and verifications
- Assist with proof of insurance requests from borrowers and agents
- Support Post Closing updates including borrower bank account information
- Work with teams on loan updates involving pilot programs
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree required
