Good people, messy systems. You can make it work if you’re patient and don’t mind a bit of chaos.

I like the flexibility, but without it I don’t think I’d stick around. The pay isn’t amazing and growth is slow.

They say they value work-life balance, but expect you to answer emails at 10 PM. Yeah, no.

Best work-life balance I’ve ever experienced. Flexible hours, understanding leadership, and colleagues who actually want you to succeed.
