Program Analyst

Overview

Kaukahi, LLC is looking for a Program Analyst that will support the Business and Operations Integration (BOID) Division. The BOID Division provides support to all internal and external DPW customers in the areas of Work Management, Planning, Resource Management, Information Technology, Administration, and Process Measurement and Improvement. The Program Analyst has a minimum of 2 years experience performing all aspects of GFEBS Plant Maintenance activities and acts as the GFEBS Senior Work Management Lead. The Program Analyst may set up and maintain a GFEBS PM Program, GFEBS Supply Chain, GFEBS Equipment Records and GFEBS Warranty Management. The Program Analyst may solve problems, conflict management, and use customer service skills. The Program Analyst is available on-site between 0800 - 1600 hours, Monday through Friday.  Key Responsibilities: •Manage GFEBS Supply Chain processes, Equipment Records, and Warranty Management functions.•Utilize ArMA, Microsoft Office, and database management tools to support daily operations and reporting.•Perform designated roles in GFEBS and ArMA, including Annual Planner, Master Data Maintainer, Material Requirements Planning Maintainer, Order Approver/Maintainer, Permit Approver, Preventive Maintenance Controller, Reporter, Work Notification Processor, and Goods Receipt Processor  GFEBS Roles Supported:• Annual Planner• Plant Maintenance Master Data Maintainer• Material Requirements Planning Maintainer• Order Approver• Order Maintainer• Permit Approver• Preventive Maintenance Controller• Plant Maintenance Reporter• Work Notification Processor• Goods Receipt Processor

Responsibilities

Requirements• High school diploma or equivalent.• The Program Analyst must have demonstrated 2 years experience in all aspects of GFEBS Plant Maintenance activities• Must have and maintain a favorable National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI) at time of the contract start date and for the life of the contract. • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and database management.• Must have a command of both the written and spoken English language to properly, clearly, and effectively communicate in person or via electronic devices (telephone or Email) with co-workers, customers, and the general public.  Job Location: Fort A.P. Hill, VA  Physical RequirementsWork may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time.  Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen.  Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner.  There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required.  Possible lifting up to 25lbs. Kaukahi, LLC reserves the right to change or modify job duties and assignments at any time.  The above job description is not all encompassing. Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00
