- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
Responsibilities
- Lead accounting evaluations for complex and emerging business initiatives and document conclusions in technical memos
- Serve as primary liaison with external auditors on technical accounting issues
- Monitor, interpret, and implement new accounting guidance from FASB and other standard-setters
- Develop and maintain company-wide accounting policies and ensure consistent application
- Partner with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to embed accounting considerations into strategic decisions
- Support special projects, system implementations, and continuous improvement of accounting processes and controls
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- Active CPA license (or equivalent certification) required
