Conversation Designer II
Skills
- Experience designing, launching, and maintaining chatbot or conversational AI solutions
- Familiarity with NLP platforms like Dialogflow or Watson
- Working knowledge of Python, HTML, or JavaScript
- Strong data fluency with performance analysis tools such as Excel and PowerBI
- Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
- Comfortable working in Agile environments and with tools like Asana, Azure Boards, Figma, or LucidChart
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and project management skills
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize chatbot flows for e-commerce and customer service journeys
- Write clear and compelling conversation copy aligned with brand tone and objectives
- Analyze customer transcripts and chatbot performance for improvement areas
- Apply NLP/LLM tools and prompt engineering to enhance chatbot responses
- Collaborate internationally to localize bots for regional relevance
- Partner with analytics to measure chatbot performance and impact
- Conduct QA testing including functional, linguistic, and regression tests
- Lead or contribute to chatbot-related special projects
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
