About the Role
As a Customization Specialist, you’ll work with advisors to translate their preferences into AI prompts that generate notes, recap emails, task lists, and pre-meeting prep in their desired style and format. You'll also help make sure the AI outputs get saved to the right place in the CRM. This role is a perfect fit for someone who loves translating customer needs to AI prompts, is an excellent communicator, and thrives on iteration.
Results You'll Deliver
Deliver high-quality AI customizations that generate accurate, polished notes, recap emails, task lists, and meeting prep in each advisor’s unique voice and format.
Meet directly with customers (financial advisors and teams) to understand their communication style, workflows, and desired outcomes
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to surface insights and guide product improvements that enhance the quality and efficiency of Jump
Help Jump stay the category leader, trusted and loved by customers
Help build Jump into a career-making, exceptional place to work
About You
