The NYC Commission on Human Rights is hiring an experienced Agency Attorney (Level Three) to lead affirmative investigations and litigation enforcing the City’s Human Rights Law.

Experienced NY State–admitted attorney needed to advise NYCHA on Section 8 programs, regulatory compliance, policy development, and related legal matters.

Serve as an experienced attorney in HPD’s Contracts and Real Estate Division, providing legal counsel and closing complex affordable housing and real estate transactions for the City of New York.

Represent the New York City Housing Authority in Housing Court and Bankruptcy proceedings, handling non-payment, holdover, repair and related litigation with strong advocacy and case-management skills.

Serve as NYCHA's Corporate Secretary, directing board logistics and calendar units, ensuring compliance with Open Meetings Law, finalizing board materials, presiding at meetings, and advising Board and executive leadership.
