Accountabilities

In this role, you will:

·         Contribute to the strategic vision of communications projects and deliver innovative technical solutions.

·         Define system scope and objectives, modifying processes to address complex wireless challenges.

·         Apply advanced engineering and design methods, theories, and research techniques to meet system requirements.

·         Lead the design, development, engineering, and integration of wireless/RF communications and information systems.

·         Provide expertise in hardware/software interfaces, system applications, and architecture.

·         Guide and mentor other engineers, taking on technical project management responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.

·         Minimum of 10 years of experience in land mobile radio, cellular radio, microwave radio, or wireless communications and information systems.

·         Strong knowledge of RF communications concepts, system design, and integration with information systems.

·         Proven ability to innovate and develop methodologies for solving advanced technical problems.

·         Experience leading teams and managing technical project tasks.

·         Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance technical detail and strategic vision.

·         Strong communication skills for collaboration with peers, clients, and stakeholders.
