You will also assist in database management, project planning, and generating technical reports, playing a critical role in operational efficiency and compliance.

Accountabilities:

·        Plan, write, edit, and revise technical information including user manuals, configuration guides, tutorials, test plans, and product specifications.

·        Provide quality control and assurance expertise for technical documentation and security-related materials.

·        Analyze existing policies and assist in the development of technical security policies, processes, and plans.

·        Collaborate with development, engineering, and project teams to ensure documentation aligns with system functionality and user needs.

·        Execute data entry, maintain complex project schedules, and generate relevant technical reports.

·        Ensure all documentation meets accessibility standards and is clear, concise, and user-friendly.

·        Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, cybersecurity documentation, or related fields.

·        US Citizenship required; must have or be eligible for a Public Trust Clearance.

·        Proficiency with MS Office and other documentation tools.

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts simply.

·        Knowledge of RMF, NIST SP 800-53, and cybersecurity frameworks.

·        Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.
