We are seeking a Staff Product Manager with expertise in Artificial Intelligence to lead the development and execution of innovative software solutions. In this role, you will own end-to-end product initiatives, shaping the roadmap, defining features, and ensuring exceptional user experiences. You will work closely with engineering teams, customers, and stakeholders to translate complex business and technical requirements into actionable plans. Accountabilities

• Define and deliver the product vision, creating detailed plans, specifications, and user stories for high-quality feature development.
• Execute against the product roadmap, collaborating with product leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Own the user experience, ensuring intuitive, seamless, and engaging product interactions.
• Translate complex customer and business needs into clear specifications, business rules, workflows, and use cases.
• Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, validate assumptions, and improve product adoption.
• Drive data-informed decisions, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, metrics, and customer insights.
• Lead product launches from concept to market, partnering with marketing and go-to-market teams to create effective collateral.
• Evangelize the product internally, fostering understanding, adoption, and enthusiasm across teams.

• B.S. or M.S. in business, engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field; comparable certifications or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product or project management within SaaS or related technology environments.
• 2+ years of experience delivering software products that leverage Artificial Intelligence.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Lean frameworks.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical and business requirements into actionable product plans.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple initiatives, and maintain focus on business objectives.
• Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings, conferences, or company events.
