Sr. Technical Program Manager (Remote)

- Own the full lifecycle of large-scale, multi-phase technical programs.
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to define technical requirements.
- Establish and maintain SLIs/SLOs/SLAs and operational playbooks.
- Identify technical and program-level risks and propose mitigations.
- Liaise with game publishers and external engineering teams for integration.
- Plan and execute launches with cross-team alignment.
- Drive process improvements across product delivery and operational efficiency.
- Communicate program health and risks to senior leadership.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and real-time streaming services.
- Proven experience delivering complex programs with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud-native systems and CI/CD methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with operational frameworks and service reliability.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with game streaming or graphics delivery networks is desirable.
