Sr Fullstack Engineer

As a Sr Fullstack Engineer, you will design and build high-performance, production-quality web applications that handle large-scale data and complex interactions. You will work across the entire stack, from back-end services to rich, interactive user interfaces, delivering solutions that are both efficient and user-friendly. This role offers the opportunity to tackle challenging engineering problems, optimize system architecture, and contribute to the evolution of a fast-growing, data-driven platform. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineering leaders, and other development teams, balancing autonomy with teamwork in a remote-friendly, innovative environment. The position allows you to shape the product’s architecture while influencing its long-term technical direction and impact.

• Accountabilities:
• Develop and maintain state-of-the-art user interfaces with high interactivity and responsiveness.
• Contribute to backend development and system architecture to support scalable, high-volume applications.
• Participate in peer code reviews to ensure code quality, best practices, and maintainable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineering leaders, and operations teams, to deliver features that meet business goals.
• Debug and resolve complex issues efficiently while optimizing application performance.
• Work with large datasets and implement effective data visualization and analytics solutions.
• Continuously improve processes, tools, and workflows to enhance team productivity and product quality.
• Requirements:
• 4+ years of relevant experience in fullstack software development.
• Expertise in React, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript, including performance optimization patterns.
• Strong experience with Node.js (Express) for production applications.
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Experience with data analytics, visualization, and handling high-volume datasets.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, API integrations (REST/gRPC), and microservices architecture is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively in a remote-friendly environment.
• Passion for delivering pixel-perfect, interactive user experiences and solving challenging engineering problems.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and tools as required.
