Solution Architect, Professional Services (Remote)

This role offers the chance to deliver transformative planning solutions for leading enterprises across multiple industries. You will translate complex business requirements into sophisticated, multi-dimensional models and connected solutions, ensuring client success. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement, integrate, and optimize enterprise performance management solutions. Your expertise will guide clients through solution design, deployment, and data integration while mentoring team members and supporting high-value accounts. This position combines technical depth with client-facing responsibilities, offering significant impact on business outcomes and professional growth in a dynamic environment.

Accountabilities:

• Translate business challenges, existing solutions, and spreadsheets into advanced multi-dimensional planning models.
• Design, modify, and optimize connected solutions to meet client requirements.
• Serve as the architectural subject matter expert for large-scale planning deployments.
• Collaborate with business partners and project teams to provide timely updates and guidance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive solution documentation.
• Lead or participate in data integration, migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to colleagues on solution architecture best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for processes and client delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) or related planning solutions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong understanding of system implementation methodologies, preferably Agile.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and client engagements simultaneously.
• Subject matter expertise in Supply Chain, Finance, or Sales planning and modeling is strongly preferred.
• Experience with data integration (inbound/outbound) and enterprise software deployment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented, self-starter mindset.
• Collaborative, coaching-oriented, and committed to service excellence.
